What we are looking for?

PA is constantly seeking bright, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individuals who will add depth to our team. The Energy Practice is looking for a diverse group of people including analysts, modelers, senior consultants and supporting staff. We welcome applications from entry level candidates and seasoned veterans. We also welcome individuals who have an interest in working in, and expanding their knowledge of, the energy sector, and who take pride in the work they perform, PA welcomes individuals with personal attributes that include communication, logic, reasoning and analytical skills.

Interviewing process

Our interviewing may include the following:

• initial screening interview
• business skills testing – verbal and numerical reasoning (subject depends on applicants education, work experience and desired position)
• assessment to include technical interviews, group interviews, case studies and syndicate exercises
• final interview with members of PA’s Management Team
