Reiar
Reiar has 18 years' experience as a strategy consultant in the Scandinavian market and has managed many strategy and marketing assignments for major retailers in both the Nordics and other markets. Reiar is also Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at the Norweigan School of Management and holds a PhD in retail pricing strategy. |

Karoline
Karoline has a broad background both in industry and consulting. She has worked in the strategy area for major global consultancies for over eight years. During that time she has worked extensively in the retail and consumer goods industries in a range of countries. Karoline also has industry experience from leading the category and merchandising department of Norway’s largest supermarket chain. During this period Karoline worked closely with their international alliance partners. Karoline has experience in areas such as marketing strategy and operations, product development, purchasing, business development, M&A and innovation. |

Claire
Claire has worked in the Retail sector for over 8 years with a focus on food retail. She spent two years as an internal consultant prior to joining PA earlier this year. She specialises in organisational development, including restructuring and employee transition. Claire headed up the Organisation Change team at a major food retailer during the uncertain 14 months prior to their bid completion with another major supermarket chain and was responsible for a range of activities that sought to maintain business performance during a difficult period for employees. Activities included implementing a company wide employee consultation framework, developing an outplacement offering and ultimately designing the closure programme for their Head office. |
