Value-based investor relations

Value-based investor relations helps senior management manage the influence of investment analysts and the financial media on their business. 

The chairman, CEO and board of directors of publicly traded organizations invest a significant amount of their time to get their message across to shareholders via investment analysts and the media.  However, they often end up presenting crucial business information in a way that will have a negative impact on shareholder confidence. 

Furthermore, the shareholder impact of information released in company annual reports, AGM presentations and press releases is difficult to interpret.  As a result, shareholders turn to the media and financial analysts for recommendations, despite the inherent bias in their advice.
