PA Consulting Group's international research into Managing for Shareholder Value
To discover the extent to which Managing for Shareholder Value (MSV) is the agreed philosophy among senior management around the world, and to determine the effectiveness of putting that philosophy into practice, PA has conducted a number of surveys on various MSV issues over the last decade. Each year, we have found a significant performance benefit, as measured by long-term total shareholder return, accruing to those companies which actively manage for shareholder value.
