ProcServe Transaction Manager

Exchanging electronic documents with your suppliers shouldn’t be so costly. Electronic data interchange networks, however, use one-to-one connections that are expensive to replicate and difficult to implement and maintain. They require highly structured and proprietary technology that is costly and prevents organisations from adopting more flexible solutions. These burdens impact buying organisations as well as their suppliers through sizable IT investments and material transaction costs. ProcServe Connectivity Suite

Buying organisations need robust connections to suppliers that can be scaled to meet different transaction levels and integration requirements. Most solutions provide limited options for connecting to suppliers, forcing trading partners to conform to rigid integration processes, formats and transportation methods. This places a heavy burden on buying organisations and suppliers, increases supplier resistance, and adds costs to the supply chain rather than removing costs.

ProcServe is different. ProcServe provides a range of options to connect directly to suppliers, including a fully functional supplier portal for manual retrieval and creation of electronic documents, applications that automatically retrieve orders and upload invoices without supplier intervention, and integrated interfaces that provide direct integration with supplier systems.
