Cut procurement time and risk with an effective data room
A clear majority of all outsourcing deals continue to fail to deliver the intended business benefits. This PA publication explains how the effective set up of a 'data room' for complex procurement projects will increase the negotiating leverage, decrease the time taken and lessen the future risk burden.
