Your careers as an analyst
Support and challenge: how you will grow and develop

Your first three weeks with PA will be an intensive residential training programme, where you will join other new analysts from other practices and offices around the world. This programme will equip you with an understanding of our culture and values, a grounding in the consulting skills and knowledge needed as an analyst, and help you begin to develop the practical skills for working with clients on assignment.
How your career evolves
Your performance will be formally reviewed twice yearly by your line manager, and you will also have a review with your assignment manager at the end of every assignment.
At PA your career will be unlike anyone else’s, and you will be able to access unrivalled opportunities for personal development. Great consultants look for learning and growth in every assignment, as well as making the most of the many opportunities for formal training, coaching and e-learning.
You will meet with a mentor regularly who will check your progress, provide guidance and advice and act as a confidential sounding board for any challenges you face in your career.
See our Consultant career pages for more information about training, development, progression and performance appraisal at PA.
