Employee surveys
PA is an employee-owned company and so we appreciate the views of our people. Here are two initiatives we recently undertook to understand how our employee-owners feel about working at PA and what we can do to make their careers at PA even more enjoyable.
Staff survey
PA asked its employee-owners questions about what PA means for them as a working environment, an employer and a career.
The results of this survey gave us a real insight into how PA performs as an employer, locally and worldwide; suggested how we can improve this; and established benchmarks so that we can check our progress in the future.
Working environment improvements
To recognise the excellent performance of PA’s employees (and therefore the excellent performance of PA) a fund has been set aside to allocate money over and above whatever funds are being spent in the normal course of business to improve PA office working environments.
PA asked employees to vote on how the working environment in PA offices could be improved and the most popular suggestions are now being implemented.
