PA’s selection process aims to thoroughly and objectively assess candidates against the required skills and competencies for any role.
Whilst the interview process will vary depending on the country or role you apply for, candidates are given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and ability through a range of selection methods which may include:
- Verbal and Numeric Aptitude Testing
- Competency Based interviews
- Psychometric Assessment / Personality Profiling
- Role Play Interviews
- Group Exercises
- Partner Interview
