Inspirational leadership and management - CPM Round Table conference (Nyenrode University in Breukelen)
The main theme is the influence of culture and leadership in management and organisation. Guest speaker André Wierdsma, professor in Management and Organisation at Nijenrode, will open the conference, creating a vision which will be the basis of the break-out sessions. In these sessions CFOs and CEOs will share their experiences and, if they have a clear vision of what they want, the challenge will be how to realise these changes. Wim van Hennekeler of PA Consulting Group will explain how such changes can be achieved. |
