In this Special Report the FT covers the survey's key findings, and also gives an in-depth account of the views of outsourcing professionals from all sides of the debate.
PA invited experienced outsourcing customers, suppliers and lawyers to a panel discussion with Financial Times journalist Andrew Baxter - probably the first time that all three sides have participated in such a study.
