This is the second in the series of joint PA-FT discussion panels that airs the insights of outsourcing professionals from all sides of the debate.
PA invited experienced outsourcing customers, suppliers and lawyers to a panel discussion with Financial Times journalist Andrew Baxter - probably the first time that all three sides have participated in such a study.
The panel’s debate focused on how customers and suppliers can enhance mutual understanding – aided and abetted by lawyers – and how to anticipate or better handle problems in the relationship.
The experts stress the importance of getting the contract details right - and making sure that those involved can get on with each other.
