PA Consulting Group leads IT Capability Management Session at SFIA Conference 2007
-
28 November 2007
PA Consulting Group will be leading a main session at the UK’s leading IT Skills conference (SFIA 2007, Thursday 29 November at 14.10 hours) highlighting how businesses can proactively manage the IT professionals and skills that are central to their IT and business strategy. PA will speak alongside one its clients, BP, with whom PA Consulting has worked to manage these issues on a global scale.
A recent survey (from the Society of Information Management) has shown that the number one issue facing CIOs is finding and keeping the right staff. Paul Lambert from PA will deliver insights into how businesses can gain competitive advantage through a strategically aligned approach to IT capability management.
Paul is a senior consultant in PA’s people and organisational change practice and the session on capability management is on Thursday 29 November at the Conference Centre of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform
