Welcome to the Polaris program! PA Consulting Group offers benchmarking programs that give strategic decision makers and tactical operators the insight they need to navigate through business obstacles and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Participation in the program provides you with many services:
- assistance accessing and completing the questionnaire
- invitations to data validation and results presentation conference calls and meetings
- customized presentations at your facility to an audience of your choice
- report presentation of results including graphical representations of all participants' questionnaire responses
- scorecards that accurately gauge the performance of your organization relative to those of other participants.
This year we have added some new and exciting additions to the program that will make finding information and imputing data easier, including web-based entry and report chart mapping.
