London Underground operates one of the largest and oldest metropolitan transport systems in the world. They had decided to relocate the engineering department to Canary Wharf. PA worked with the company from the initial feasibility study to the completion of the relocation; delivering the project with no disruption to work, within challenging budget and timescale targets and, with the help of extensive employee communications, ensuring that staff were pleased with the move and new working environment.
