Integrated Telecommunications Company 

Outsourcing of business, operational, wireless systems

Integrated Telecommunications Company (ITC) is a fixed data telecommunications operator headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the point PA Consulting Group started working with ITC on this project, the company was still in its start-up phase, after having purchased the data telecommunications licence in Saudi Arabia for $80 million and was in the early stages of development.

ITC  wanted to get their network operational and providing services to subscribers as soon as possible, partly as a consequence of pressure from government regulators.

PA took the lead to rapidly: conclude the vendor evaluation process for all network and system components; choose a System Integrator to take overall responsibility for the delivery and operation of the network and systems; and put in place commercial agreements and contracts between ITC, its System Integrator and suppliers to enable the launch of ITC’s services in time to meet regulatory requirements.
