PA also defined the scope of services and identified how they could best be bundled for the marketplace, identifying and involving key stakeholders. A financial baseline was generated and market opportunities prioritised for outsourcing. We also performed market analysis of vendors.
The client is now well-placed to conduct a fasttrack RFP process and vendor selection; they are equipped with:
a clear understanding of their services, the way in which these services can be commercially packaged and presented to the market
