Coral Eurobet

Making a complex business change and IT project a safe bet 

PA Consulting Group worked with Coral Eurobet throughout a strategic program to introduce Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) terminals into the retail betting shops. The program included the development of centralized business systems, critically dependent on vastly improved telecommunications between headquarters and all its retail betting shops. The new business processes and the supporting EPOS business systems were rolled out across the shops on schedule, delivering the anticipated significant savings. The project was so successful that the Coral system has become the industry standard which has been adopted by a number of the other key players.
