Implementing SAP HR to support new management principles
The Danish Defense is responsible for training and equipping its 60,000 Armed Forces for military action in response to Ministry of Defense requests for forces. Asked by the National Auditor in 1995 to justify its expenditure, it decided to monitor output and efficiency with the support of an integrated IT system. PA Consulting Group managed the HR element of a five-year enterprise-wide SAP HR, finance and logistics implementation and ensured the delivery of a robust solution that met the needs of HR while also complying with the National Auditor's requirements.
