Norton Healthcare, a subsidiary of the US-based IVAX Corporation and the UK's largest manufacturer and supplier of generic (off-patent) pharmaceuticals, appointed PA Consulting Group to develop and implement portfolio modelling for optimum new product development (NPD).

PA assembled a team to work alongside Norton's cross-functional core team. PA successfully delivered a user-friendly and objective tool to formulate project selection, decision making, portfolio representation and project tracking.
