Improving performance through intelligent resource optimisation

PA worked closely with Pepsi Bottling Group on the development of a series of intelligent resource management tools that allowed Pepsi’s field operations managers in over 300 locations to effectively plan, budget, optimise and control resources under their responsibility. Productivity gains and cost reductions improved performance at some locations by as much as 20 per cent within the first few weeks of using the tools.
