During the past decade new technology has provided the opportunity for new broadcast services and an expansion in capacity. The BBC was determined to maintain its pioneering role and lead the UK in the development of innovative new services delivered to consumers in easier and more convenient ways. PA Consulting Group's professional project managers and technical specialists were engaged to work with staff from across the BBC to manage the implementation of new digital television services and infrastructure.
