Realizing the full value from acquisitions through enhanced integration

Working closely with BOC corporate and HR leaders, PA tailored its unique integration management framework to reflect BOC’s requirements and style and so developed a bespoke integration management methodology for BOC. To begin to build capability within BOC, the development of the framework was supported by a series of senior management workshops in the USA, UK and SE Asia that introduced the framework and agreed the approach to acquisition integration. BOC now uses a best practice approach to plan and implement all integration activities. This will rapidly improve integration performance and reliably increase the return from all acquisitions.
