Case study
Deutsche Bank Group
Successfully relocating and enhancing Deutsche Bank's trading capacity
After Deutsche Bank Group announced its intention to integrate its investment banking activities and establish its headquarters in London, it turned to PA. The basis of the new entity was Deutsche Bank's London branch and Morgan Grenfell, totalling some 2,500 staff. Neither organization had ideal premises, with fragmented departments in a variety of buildings. The bank had an urgent need to find new premises suitable for a significant increase in dealing operations.
PA managed the new premises project from the location review and property search, through to and including project definition, implementation and relocation. The new premises have equipped Deutsche Bank Group with the business infrastructure to support the ever-changing demands of the business, including those arising from their most recent merger with Bankers Trust.
"PA managed the transition from the core project through to implementation seamlessly."
Colin Walkinshaw, Project Director, Deutsche Bank Group
