The client is one of the world's largest financial services providers. Following a large merger exercise, a critical change program was initiated to improve service and sales capability, and deliver cost and income benefits. PA Consulting Group was asked to set up a Delivery Assurance function to support the Programme Director and increase confidence in successful program delivery.
