New integrated wage system for 28,000 employees

Danish Defense wanted to integrate the current DeMars ERP system (Danish Defense Management and Resource System) with the new Danish state wage system (Statens Løn System). PA was asked to plan and lead the project.

The benefits for Danish Defense are the elimination of manual reporting, more streamlined processes for the management and payment of wages, and more efficient administrative routines.
