Naviair - refocusing on the business
Naviar is a state-owned enterprise belonging to the Danish Tranportation and Energy Ministry and employs 700 people. Its primary service it to deliver air transport in the Danish airspace.
In order to ensure continued growth in a deregulated and competitive market, Naviair initiated the development of various international alliances and implemented internal enhancement projects. However, Naviair did not fully meet the objective of change. The organisation was simply not prepared for changes at the speed that management wanted.
Therefore PA undertook the transformation project and succeeded in this by ensuring a close interaction between PA's and Naviair's project managers, who shared a joint responsibility for progress and quality.
