PA Consulting Group (PA) values Transport for London (TfL) as one of its most important clients and is delighted to be selected as one of its few strategically managed relationships. Working with TfL’s Supplier Relationship Management team, we have produced this document to illustrate the breadth of work TfL and PA have delivered together.

Over a six year period our relationship has resulted in significant performance improvement to the provision of transport in London, and we look forward to playing a continued and valuable role in the future development of London’s transport.

It is not possible to profile every engagement that we have worked on together, but the
examples we have chosen demonstrate how TfL’s and PA’s skills complement each other
– delivering innovation and change to London’s transport position.
